  – Note: Page names/content can be swapped out so long as content is comparable (i.e., provide 3 site plans instead of 3 renderings). If you prefer to rename any of the pages, i.e. instead of Rendering Page, you may want to provide Site Plans, etc.
• Minor retouching of up to 10 provided photos.
• Property Domain Name (1 year) Registration through KPD/Easy Marketing – Standard available only.
• 6 Months of hosting is included. Extended hosting option add-ons are available in order form.
• SEO and ad services not included.
• If additional items are needed (aerial labeling, site/floor plan redraws, listing videos, etc.), order on corresponding order pages.
• Turnaround: Typically 3-5 business days (US ET, excluding holidays). Rush services can be added on at purchase.

Step 1: Pick your template from the available Easy Marketing Property Listing Website templates. The accent colors for your listing website will be updated to match your logo or desired colors.

Step 2: Fill out the form. You can modify the template page names and content provided the content is consistent with the template – i.e. if you want to change Rendering Page to Site Plans and provide up to 3 Site Plans instead of renderings, that’s a comparable edit. If you need additional functionality or larger amount of content, please contact kris@krispricedesign.com to discuss before submitting your order.

Once done filling out your form, click submit and checkout.

Step 3: You’ll be contacted about the final available domain name* for your property listing website and if there are any questions on your order. If there are no questions, your Property Listing Website will be prepared and you will receive a link to review within approximately 3 business days (US Eastern Time, excluding holidays).

Step 4: You will review and provide any edits back. Edits are typically done within 24-48 business hours and you will be contacted to review the edits and advise if there are any final edits.

Step 5: You will approve your Property Listing Website and it will be made live at your selected domain name.

*Domain names will be registered through KPD/Easy Marketing. When you submit your order, you’ll be asked to provide your desired domain name as well as two alternates in case the domain name you desire is not available for standard registration. If none of the domain names you submit are available, you’ll be provided with alternates based on search to choose from. Final domain name will not be registered until you approve and until registered, the name is still open to be registered by others (you’ll want to approve quickly just in case!).
